I feel for the teacher mommies. Fall is always so bitter sweet. I always LOVED the excitement of a new school year, new students, such promise ahead. But I was also SO sad to put an end to say goodbye to my full time attention on my own babies. In case you're at work really missing them........Here is a recap of the first day!
We had a healthy breakfast of Cocoa Puffs, Fruit Loops, and bananas (SORRY to feed your kids crap, but Michael and Maddilyn did the shopping for vacation & it's gotta get eaten before I shop the "right way"). The kids didn't mind. Sophia may now request chocolate for every meal! :) Your welcome!
Josh did some jumping......
Josh and Billy had some male bonding time. Here is Billy helping to cover him up AND having some floor time together........
Then naps looked like this......
I know they slept around an hour, but I don't exactly how long. When I checked on them around hour 2, they were snuggled and reading.... sort of, that is a piece of the blinds that Mj ripped off in her hands! :)
Lia making up for lost sleep yesterday at daycare in a packnplay in the couch room (best nap of the crowd!)
I didn't dare wake up Billy to take a pic or Josh in his swing with the cat naps all day.
Maddi practiced Golf instead of napping.
Josh was her biggest fan.
Never too young to start, buddy! :)

I'd say the first day together was a success! I LOVE every age these kids hit, and I'm SO excited for the school year ahead!

Your house looks FUN. My girls want to visit. :)
